Gooooood morning! I hope that your week is going well so far 🙂

I am tired today, but I have a bit of a shorter day than usual, which will hopefully not be stressful, I really just need a regular day at work without drama so I can just get stuff done off of my to do list. We will see how it goes.

Let’s dive right in to another WIAW post 🙂

For breakfast I had oats with 1/2 scoop chocolate Sun Warrior protein powder and almond milk. And coffee of course. And yes, I usually drink my morning coffee out of an Alice and Wonderland teacup.

I unfortunately didn’t grab a picture of my lunch, I had a business lunch and it definetly wasn’t appropraite to bust out a camera.  It was a BBQ, so I grabbed a bunch of lettuce pickles, and tomatoes and topped it off with some spicy grilled chicken. And I had some watermellon. It was delish!

At about three I had a protein drink snack with almond milk and protein powder.

For dinner I had a turkey burger with sauteed spinach and tomatoes.

But not just any turkey burger!! I seasoned the meat and made the burger with a wedge of Laughing Cow light sun dried tomato and basil mozzarella. AMAZING.

  1. I can’t believe I’ve never thought to put a laughing cow cheese wedge inside my turkey burgers. YUM. I am def going to have to do that asap. I am like a turkey burger connoisseur.
